Administrative information

Lewos is entered in the Registro de Empresas y Actividades Turísticas of the Principado de Asturias as a retail travel agency (agencia de viajes minorista) under registration number AV.411.AS. The entry was communicated on 18 September 2026, following the declaración responsable filed on 3 September 2026 under procedure RECE0033T06. The number is also shown in the booking terms.

The official complaint form of the Principado de Asturias (hoja de reclamación) is available on request by email. A completed form is submitted to the Viceconsejería de Turismo, c/ Eduardo Herrera Herrerita s/n, 33006 Oviedo, Spain.

Weekend 01 — The Filmed First Edition

Weekend 01 is a professionally filmed edition. A professional videographer captures selected parts of the opening weekend, including moments around the game table, shared activities, meals and the Tavern grounds. The purpose is to document the first edition and to create material that shows future guests what the Tavern is.

The resulting photography, video and accompanying audio may be used to document and promote The Lewos Tavern through Lewos and StoryForgers websites, official organic social-media channels, Lewos newsletters, PR and editorial material about Lewos, and promotional films and trailers.

Recognisable use of a guest's image, voice or accompanying audio rests on that guest's own permission. Because filming is part of what this First Edition is, every adult attending Weekend 01 reviews and completes the Filming & Media Agreement personally before attending. The person who books and pays for a party confirms that they understand this, but cannot give media or privacy permission on behalf of the other adults. Nobody's place, price, room or seat depends on what they choose.

Use of a guest's image in paid digital advertising, including advertising on platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok, requires a separate, optional permission that is never assumed from any other choice.

The agreement never covers filming in bedrooms, bathrooms or changing areas, filming in other clearly private situations, selling or licensing a guest's likeness to unrelated companies, promotion of StoryForgers products unrelated to The Lewos Tavern, publication of private conversations picked up incidentally, or publication of sensitive personal details.

Permission can be withdrawn by emailing lewos.co@gmail.com. Withdrawing does not make earlier lawful use unlawful, and future use and publication are then handled as applicable law requires. Lewos stops new use and removes material from the channels it controls without undue delay, and stops rather than finishes any paid advertising that features the guest. Copies already shared by other people, platform and search caches and material already distributed by third parties are outside Lewos's control, and Lewos will say honestly what it could and could not remove. Withdrawing carries no fee or cancellation cost.

The professional videographer works only for the agreed production and may not publish guest material independently.

Images on this website

Part of the imagery on this website consists of illustrations made to convey the atmosphere of a Tavern weekend. They are not photographic records of the accommodation, the rooms or the surroundings, and the real location can differ from them.

Photographs of the actual location are published on the Tavern's Instagram channel and by the accommodation itself on @fontecha_asturias. What a booking actually includes is set out in the pre-contract travel information and the booking confirmation. Those documents describe the services; an illustration does not.
